Our Policies
Golf Course Policy
Groups must be ready at the 1st tee 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time.
No more than 4 players per group will be allowed. Tee times are for 4 players, less than that, you may be paired.
All golfers must play with their own set of clubs. Rentals are available in the pro shop.
Be respectful to the pace of play.
- Tips:
- Keep up to the group ahead of you
- Record score on the next tee
- Maximum of 2 minutes to look for lost balls
Power carts require ID and Credit Card for damage waiver.
Gas carts are not permitted on the tees or greens (minimum of 25ft from the greens).
Respect the course and fellow participants:
- Behave in an appropriate manner the course is for everyone’s enjoyment
- Repair ball marks on the greens
- Repair divots
You MAY NOT tee off on 10 unless permission is granted from the Pro Shop
Horseplay on carts will not be tolerated, offenders will forfeit their green fees and be escorted off the premises.

Alcohol Policy
We are fully licensed with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (A.G.C.O) to serve patrons alcohol in the clubhouse, patio and on the golf course.
This license STRICTLY FORBIDS the consumption of outside alcohol while on our premises.
For your convenience we have cooler bags that you may borrow. They are available in the clubhouse at time of purchase.
Personal coolers are not permitted.
The staff at Twin Streams will enforce these policies to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants on the premises.
Violations will result in offenders being escorted from the premises with the forfeit of their green fees.
Dress Code Policy
Golf shirts with collars are preferred.
Mock necks are acceptable.
Ladies sleeveless golf shirts are permitted.
ONLY soft spikes or soft soled shoes are allowed.
These guidelines are in place to maintain an atmosphere consistent with the tradition of golf.
Rain Checks
Rain checks will be issued in the pro shop at their discretion based on these few guidelines.
Players playing 18 holes and have completed 5 holes or less will be issued a rain check for the entire 18 holes.
Players playing 18 holes who have completed 14 holes or less will be issued a 9 hole rain check.
Players playing 9 holes who have played 4 holes or less will be issued a 9 hole rain check.
Rain checks will be issued for those type of green fees that have been originally purchased (weekends, weekdays)
Nine and Dine players who have played 4 holes or less will be issued a 9 hole greens fees only rain check.
Cell Phones
Cell phones are permitted throughout the golf course. Please be respectful to your fellow golfers.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
You may book your tee off time with Tee On up to 7 days in advance.
You may book your tee off time with a phone call to the pro shop 519-652-5211
Cancellations are required 24 hours before scheduled tee time.
These policies are in place to help ensure all patrons enjoy their experience here at Twin Streams Golf Course. Please help our staff continue to give you the great service you have come to enjoy by following these few guidelines.
If at any point during your game you feel there is something that needs our attention please call the pro shop and we will do our best to clear up the matter.
